Removal blockage from water closet (Indian or Europen style) by removing solid/liquid or mud deposited in the trap or CI pipe line by roding manually and removing the slugge duly covered in hygenic manner to a distance exceeding 150 m and not exceeding 200m and making the water closet fully functional complete

All as per set item no 3 here in before but from floor /nahani trap of kitchen/bath room complete

Cleaning, desilting of septic tank upto 20 users of size(2.3xx1.1x1.3 mtr approx) from solid/liquidmud and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning, desilting of Manholes of size up to 1.2x1.2mtr/Dia up to 1.5 mtr & depth exceeding 1.5mtr but n.exc 3mtr from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defense land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning desilting of Manholes of size up to 1.2x1,2M & depth upto 1.5 M from solid/liquid mud etc and removing sludge out side of defense land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required, complete all as specified and directed

Taking out and removing of old manhole cover and refixing the same after raising man hole with 23cm thick brick work of hieght 3 brick course manhole of of outer size 80x80 cm to 120x120 cm in CM (1:4), including plastering in CM 1:4, , coping of 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing only new cover slab set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, desilting of Sewage lift well diameter 5 mtr & depth 6 mtr (approx)from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for takingout solid sludge from the well, icluding blocking the adjacent manhole to prevent water flow in to the well, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning, desilting of Sewage lift well/tank size 2.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 3 mtr (approx) from solid/liquid/mud etcafter removing cover slab and fix in position after cleaning, removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for removing solid sludge from the well, cutting of any vegitations inside etc complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning, desilting of static water tank of size 10 mtr x 10 mtr x 3 mtr (approx) from solid/liquid/mud etc and removing sludge out side of defence land complete including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping arrangements, labour and machine as required for removing solid sludge from the tank, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of manholes, laying sewage pipes or for drains etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out including trimming sides and leveling bottom surfaces, watering & well ramming to the required level/slope, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm (Salt glazed store ware AC or reinforceconcrete) set in cement mortar, including removing rubbish out side MOD land complete as specified

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using graded aggragate) bed for drainpipes including packing under and haunching against the pipes of sides after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, RCC pipes 150mm dia, class NP2, laid on concrete bed and jointed in cement sand mortar (1:1), and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including quions arches pillars staging walls all as specified.

Supply only MS galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid seperatly

Fixing only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size with GI wire including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standars rails, straining bolts,etc incl provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 10mm dia MS round bars including welding with necessary lapping confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc.Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spaceing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down steel gates from its position and repair the same including thorughtining alignment properly including welding additional stiffner, brases, pintol hinges locking arrangement etc and erecting the same back in position after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including PCC 1:2:4 for fixing hinges, area of each leaf of gate n.exc 6.5Sqm each all as directed(Note : Necessary MS sections such as angle, pipe, bars, flats etc will be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, ISI marked, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment , laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 400x400x25mm thick,factory made ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement and no pigment., laid with neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Sub floor, sub base, floor and pavings etc laid in alternate bays including necessary form work, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in sub base of pavement laid to required gradient and slope, incl necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish out MoD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , laid on edges of floor or drain, bedded and jointed in Cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in Cm (1:3) as in drain complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight orcurved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius as in half brick thick wall in CM(1:4) all as directed.

Removing old lime wash (if any,) hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster or flush pionting complete all as specified and as directed

M&L , flush pointing to brick masonry wall in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall and the likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), and finish the surface even and fair, complete all as specified.

De-silting of drains by rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drain and getting out in soft/loose soil including cutting bushes/small trees girth not exceeding 30 cm from sides of brick lined drains, complete all as specified and directed.
