Excavation in foundation, trenches in earth work upto all depths in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtrs and lift upto 1.50mtrs. Disposed work earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all classification of soil as per lsatisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1Cement : 3 Sand :6 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 Mtrs. and removal of same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Prov.in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor1 : 3 (1Cement : 3 Sand )

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Laying in trenches GMS /MS Tubes (M class) tube including flanged joints as per MS flange table-5 conforming to IS 6392-1971 complete in all respect as per entire satisafaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separately)

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300 mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia.> 300 mm) complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,(the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separatly)

Providing & laying cement concrete1 : 1½ : 3 (1Cement : 1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found.level upto floor two level

Wire crates made of G.I wire hand wooven double twisted filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire(boulders filling to be measured & paid for separately) with G.I wire 5.00 mm thick corresponding to(SWG-6) of 15x15 cm mesh including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire (Wire crates to be measured and paid separately) complete with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satifaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
