Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coaing GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 10 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes tiles .

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces , finished fair and even .for receiving wall tiles.

M&L Joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 m thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour to match complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 300 x 400/450 x 7 mm thick as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

Taking down aluminium chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame).

M&L for powder coated aluminium frame , shutters & sections for doors , windows , ventilators ,Cup boards ,including necessary rubber beading, locking arrangements etc. complete .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls
