Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in block masonry with solid building blocks or slaps 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed ) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 , complete

(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rounding of edges and cement screed)

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet black) work (table rubbed and polished) on vertical surface for wall lining set and jointed over 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) using marble dust with admidture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all directed and specified. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement plaster)

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. (Note: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

Note : For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.
