C/O link road Dandhal to Kolka road Km 0/0 to 2/00 (SH-Metaling and Taring at RD 0/00 to 1/00)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303.1 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Techanical Specifications Clause 401 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Per Kilogram/ Per square metre (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling/ carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Per Kilogram. per Per square metre (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including hauling/ carriage of materials through all modes of transportation including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
