(ii) apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to is:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree c and applied @ 1.20 kg per square metre of the surface area (iii)provide and lay 4mm thick app modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400c, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 n/5 cm, tear strength of 180n(min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap (iv)apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to is:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree c and applied @ 1.20 kg per square metre of the surface area (v) provide and lay 4mm thick app modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400c, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 n/5 cm, tear strength of 180n(min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. Treating all crumple joints with necessary treatment etc complete by racking out joints,cleaning of loose particles,providing polysterene film/filling to achieve a uniform depth of 15mm and filling up the joints with polysulphide sealant throughout the width of joints including fixing aluminium sheets of 1 mm thickness and 150mm width to with brass screws/washers compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick external cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement with using Approved WPC compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of newely Plastered surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of surface compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair, lamp holder ,PVC /poly carbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings all as specified and directed by Engr -In-Charge.
