Removing dry or oil bound distemper by working and scraping and sand papering the wall surfaces smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and othermetal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With Enamel paint other than white extra over for every subsequent coat of paint including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Polishing one coat with French polish on previously polished wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt ,dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler. Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1: 4 (one cement : four sand) second class bricks in super structure upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
