Cat (A) -Items to be supply and fixing

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and re-fixing the same in same location of roofs, walls etc. with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts.

Dismantling of asbestos cement north light curves in roof coverings etc and removing to a distance of 100m as directed.

Fixing only of asbestos cement north light curves to suit asbestos cement sheets with seam bolts and nuts, L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts.

M & L for asbestos cement north light curves to suit asbestos cement sheets, fix with seam bolts and nuts, L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and supply & fixing of rough cast wired glass, 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty and pins/spring/clip in square (Exc 0.75 but n exc 1.00 sq m) as per site requirment .

S & F of PVC (SWR) 110mm dia pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to vertical surfaces as directed and as per site condition.

S & F of PVC (SWR) 110mm dia bends any radius.

S & F of 100 mm dia. medium grade G I pipe and welded or soldered with GI valley gutter for inserting rain water down take pipe as required and directed.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as per the site condition.

M & L for cleaning of top surfaces of concrete roof with wire brushing and removing existing damaged old water proofing materials of any including flashing and junction of parapets etc. as directed as per site requirement.

M& L for brushing neat cement sluarry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm. as directed and as per site requirment.

M & L for providing screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick even and smooth surface in cement mortar 1:4 for base water proofing treatment as per site requirment.

M & L for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 and providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified as per site requirment.

Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces by brushing with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke soot, mould moss, efflorescent salt, treading oil and greasy spot etc. and applying two coats of white wash on wall.

S & F of plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, of 2.00mm thick in valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 and welded or soldered joints are provided as required and directed.

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items (ie minus)

Buy-Back (ie minus) The removed damaged GI Gutter with all fittings etc is to be credited to the contractor.

Buy-Back (ie minus) The removed damaged ACC sheet, north light curve etc with 'J' bolts, nuts etc. are to be credited to the contractor.
