Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4(One cement :Four coarse sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor all level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:6 sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth i/c applying of putty a required for making the surface .One or more coats on old work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm ( Zero point Nine Zero litre per ten squar meter )over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm ( Zero point Seven Five litre per ten squar meter )of approved brand and manufacture. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm (Twenty five millimetre to forty millimetre) thick Particle Board 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) thick as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.4 mm thick glass pane including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm ( Zero point Nine Zero litre per ten squar meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm ( Zero point eight Zero litre per ten squar meter )of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size over 75mm (seventy five milimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel crews etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm (five millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) (twelve point five zero kilogram per squar metre) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
