CHAIR DINNING OFFER'S (FD/E6/MAP-II/04):- Removing the following unserviseable components of chair Dinning offer's and replacing the same with new one II nd class Hardwood free from cracks and knots including tightening of the frame work as shown as per drawing :

(a) Repair and replacement of front leg (left or right ) made out with IInd class Hard Wood size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but Rear leg (left or right ) all as directed by EIC.

(c) Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but Side Rail .

(d) Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but front Rail.

(e) Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but Bottom stiffner.

(f) Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but Back Rest vertical strip.

(g) Replacement of unserviceable cushioned with seat and new seat top of chair dining with 75 mm thick 32 density foam covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300 /-- per metre as approved on seat of 12 mm commercial plywood BWP grade. Make- Kitply /Greenply/ Novapan ply including tightening of frame work as shown on drg.

(h) Replacement of unserviceable pvc shoes of chair dining with new one with scew of superior quality all as shown on drg.

(j) Replacement of old tapestry cloth with new tapestry cloth of superior quality ( cloth not less than Rs 300/- per metre) and fixing appropriatly as shown on drg.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING (FD-280);- Removing the following unserviseable components of chair Writting and replacing the same with new one II nd class Hardwood free from cracks and knots including tightening of the frame work as shown as per drawing and as directed by EIC.

(a) Repair and Replacement of front leg (left or right ) made out with IInd class Hard Wood size and shape as per existing chair.

(b) Ditto- all as per item 2 above but rear leg (left or right) .

(c) Ditto-- all as per item 2 above but back stiffener.

(d) Ditto-- all as per item 2 above but bottom stiffener.

(e) Repair and Replacement of Arm rest made out with IInd class Hard Wood of size and shape as per existing chair.

(f) Description all as per item 2 here in before but replacement of shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel screw of suitable size complete.

(g) Re canning of chair writing

(c ) Ditto- all as per item No 3 above but Front/Rear/Side rail.

(d ) Ditto- all as per item No 3 above but back stiffener of Chair Dinning

(e) Description all as per item 3 here in before but replacement of PVC shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel screw of suitable size complete.

(f) Re-canning of chair dining.

(g) Description all as per item 3 here in before but replacement of PVC Seat with New PVC Seat of superior quaility with steel screw suitable size of chair dinning.

REPAIRING TO CHAIR EASY (FD- 229) ;- Removing the following unserviseable components of chair Easy and replacing the same with new one II nd class Hardwood free from cracks and knots including tightening of the frame work as shown as per drawing and as directed by EIC.

(a) Repair and Replacement of front leg (left or right ) made out with IInd class Hard Wood of size and shape as per existing Chair.

(b) Ditto - as per item 4 above but Rear leg (left and right).

(c) Ditto - as per item 4 above but Arms rest.

(d) Ditto - as per item 4 above but front/rear rail for seat.

(e) Ditto as per item 4 above side rail for back.

(f) Description all as per item 4 here in before but replacement of shoes with new PVC shoe of superior quality with steel scre of suitable size complete.

(g) Re-canning of chair easy

REPAIR TO TV TROLLEY (FD/E6/MAP/04®) :- Removing the following unserviseable components of TV Trolley and replacing the same with new one pre-laminated partical board duly finished of size and shape as shown as per Drg and as directed by EIC.

(a) Top of size 750 mm x 600 mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated partical board of approved shade including 4 mm thick teakwood edging alround.

(b) Sides of size 500 mm x 682 mm made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated partical board of approved shade (Interior grade).

(c) Back of size 500 mm x 682 mm made of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated partical board of approved shade.

(d) Shutter of size as per existing drg made of 5 mm thick glass shutter openable with magnetic catcher.

(e) Replacement of Caster 50 mm dia swivel type.

TABLE 900 X 600 WITH / WITHOUT DRAWER (FD-283/284):-

(a) Repair of table with or w/o drawer replacement of unserviceable top with commercial particle board BWR type Gde-I 18/19mm thick as per Drg of Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked with IInd class HW teak wood beading 6mm thick including polishing (two or more coats over a coat of wood filler etc).

(b) Description all as per item 6 here in before but replacement of table frames long rail with S&F new table frames long rail made out of IInd class hard wood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Description all as per item 6 here in before but replacement of new drawer made out of IInd class hard wood (Teak Wood) with aluminium anodized 35mm/40mm dia knob complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Description all as per item 6 here in before but replacement of table frame short rail with new table frame short rail made out of IInd class hard wood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Description all as per item 6here in before but replacement of bottom centre stiffener with new bottom centre stiffener complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Description all as per item 6 here in before but replacement of new aluminium anodized 35mm/40mm dia knob complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Description all as per item 6 here in before but replacement of rubber shoes with new rubber shoe of superior quality with steel screw of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) Removing of unservicable leg with Replacement new leg made out with IInd class hard wood as per existing or as per Drg polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

TABLE WRITING ( FD- 275):-

(a) Removing old unserviceable top and replacement of new top made of particle board 18/19mm thick commercial BWR Gde I of the size and shape a per Drg of Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked with IInd class HW teak wood beading 6mm thick polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable back ply of table writing and replacement of new back of 6mm thick ply wood commercial type as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and shown on drawing . Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply

(c) Removing old unserviceable leg of tables & Replacement with new leg made out with IInd class hard wood all as per Drg or of exsiting pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

Table Bed Side (FD/E6/MAP/15):- Removing the following unserviseable components of Table bed side and replacing the same with new components as shown as per drawing and as directed by EIC.

(a) Top of size 450 x 450 mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated partical board of existing shade including 4 mm thick teakwood edging alround.

(b) side of size 450 mm x 432 mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated partical board of existing shade.

(c) bottom of size 450 x 450 mm made of 06 mm ply wood of table bed side.

(d) Back of size 500 x 450 mm made of 6 mm thick ply wood and 414 mm X 100 mm ,18 mm thick prelaminated paticle board piece in between the frame as per drg.

(e) Drawer of size 414 x 100 mm made of 18 mm thick partical board with 6 mm thick ply wood bottom as per drawing.

(f) Handle of size 75 mm of superior quaility for table bed side.

(g) Replacement of unserviceable telescopic channels with new telescopic channel and fixing as directed by EIC.

REPAIR TO TEAPOY WOODEN (FD-232/278) :-

(a) Removing unserviceable top of teapoy and Replacement new top of 18/19mm thick particle board BWR type Gde-I as per Drg Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked and polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

(b) Removing unserviceable/broken stiffener/long rail of teapoy repalcement with new stiffener/long rail /side rail made of IInd class hard wood all as per Drg or existing pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(c) Removing unserviceable side rail of teapoy replacement with new side rail made of IInd class hard wood all as per Drg or existing pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(e) Removing unserviceable leg of teapoy replacement with new leg made of IInd class hard wood all as per Drg or existing pattern polishing with french polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

REPAIR TO PEG TABLE (FD-227):-

(a) Removing unserviceable top of Peg table but repalcement of new top of 18/19mm thick particle board BWR type Gde-I as per Drg Make-Archid/NovapanGreenply/Kitply ISI Marked and polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler etc.

(b) Removing unserviceable/broken leg of peg table and repalcement of new leg made of IInd class hard wood all as per Drg or existing pattern and polishing with french polish (Two or more coats) over acoat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(c) Taking out old unserviceable/broken long rail of frame and replacement of new rail of IInd class hard wood planned & finishing smooth of existing shape and size complete all asspecified.

(d) Description all as per Item No 10 above but short rail

REPAIR TO SIDE BOARD (FD-241 / 371):-

(a) Removing of old unserviceable/broken existing back of side board and replacement of new back ply of 6 mm thick commercial plywood of existing size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.Make-Kit ply/National/Archidply/Novapan ISI Marked

(b) magnatic catch spring for shutter.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable/broken bottom of side board and replacment of new side of 18/19mm thick particle board BWR interior grade as per existing shape and size including 1mm thick sunmica sheet to external surface of particle board of side board complete all as specified and shown in drawing.Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable/broken shelf of side board and replacement new shelf of IInd class hard wood existing shape and size duly planned and smooth complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) Removing of old unserviceable/broken top but replacemet new top of 18/19mm thick particle board as per existing shape and size including 1 mm thick sunmica sheet to external surface of particle board Make : Novapan and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) Removing of old unserviceable/broken existing drawer of side board and replacement of new drawer of IInd class hard wood of existing shape and size ( 7 inch x 15 inch x 0.5 inch) duly planned and smooth complete all as specified and shown in drawing..

REPAIR TO TABLE 900 X 900 X 760MM (FD-291) :-

(a) Removing of old unserviceable table top and provision of new table top made of pr-laminated particle board 18/19mm thick BWR, interior grade Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked including 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round the table top as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable leg and replacement of new leg of existing shape and size IInd class hard wood and fixing as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable rail and replacment of new rail of existing shape and size IInd class hard wood and fixing as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS (FD-230/ 379);-

(a)Dismantling taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of table dressing gents of any description in any position & replacement of the same with replacement of new top of 01mm thick laminated sheet of approved shade over particle board 12mm thick and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all round made to shape fixed in position pasted with 01mm thick laminated sheet on top all as shown on drawing. Specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

(b) -dittio- but replacement of side replacement of new side of 12 mm thick particle board, one side teak veneered and other side commercial exterior grade BWP with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading all-round , made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg, specified and diredted by the Engr-in-charge.

(c) -dittio- but replacement of bottom with replacement of new 12 mm thick ply, teak veneered on one side and commercial on other side grade with (BWR Resin) made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge complete material & labour.

(d) -ditto- but replacement of mirror with replacement of new mirror with teak wood frame 5.5mm thick mirror of Saint Gobain/Modiguard/Atul , complete all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Description all as per item No. 13 here-in-before but replacement of chromium plate knob 25 mm dia of best quality and as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD-251) ;-

(a) Dismantling taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of table dressing ladies of any description in any position & replacement of the same with replacement new top of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade, BWR Make-Archid/Novapan /Greenply /Kitply ISI Marked , made to shape fixed in position with teak wood veneered on one side & other side commercial all as shown on drawing . specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Ditto same as item no 14 here in before but replacement of back plywood 6mm thick commercial ply all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge .Drg no FD 251/32

(c) Ditto same as item no 14 here in before but replacement of unserviceable mirror 5.5mm thick with S&F new 5mm thick mirror 365x1220x5mm thick with complete frame all as shown in drawing and directed by Engr in Charge.

(d) Ditto same as item no 14 here in before but replacement of chromium plate knob 25mm dia of best quality and as approved by Engr in charge .

REPAIR TO TEAPOY VARANDAH (FD-255) :-Taking down old U/S top of teapoy varandah and replacement of new top of teapoy varandah made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE CENTRE (FD-235/274/ 375);-

(a) Taking down old U/S top of table centre and replacement of new top of table centre made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable long rail of Table Centre & replacement of new long rail made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg IInd class hard wood incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable short rail of Table Centre & replacement of new side rail made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg IInd class hard wood incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(d) Removing of old unserviceable leg of Table Centre & replacement of new leg made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg IInd class hard wood incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

BED PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246):-

(a) Removing of old unserviceable back rest of bed and replacement of new back rest as per existing size and shape of IInd class hard wood incl polishing (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable foot rest of bed & replacement of foot rest made as per existing size and shape or as per Drg IInd class hard wood incl polishing two or more coats of over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface.

(c) Removing of old ply top and replacement of new ply top of 12mm thick commercial type ISI marked all as shown in Drg. Make- : Century/Kitply/Archid/National/Novapan ISI Marked.

(d) Removing of old wooden stiffener and replacement of new wooden stiffner of IInd class Hard wood stiffener of size 50x60mm suitable for bed all as shown in Drg incl polishing two or more coats of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

(e) Taking out old unsv long rail of bed plywood and replacement of new long rail of IInd class hard wood of existing shape and size all as specified and Drg incl polishing two or more coats over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING 6 PERS ( FD-273/376):-

(a) Taking out old unsv top from table dining 6 pers and replacement of new top of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade and provided teak wood beading 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size of steel screw and applying two coat of French polish with touch wood brand polish and fixing the same all as specified and shown in drg and all as directed.

(b) Taking out old unsv leg from table dining 6 pers and repalcement of new leg of hard wood all as shown on drg and directed by EIC.

(c) Taking out old unsv long rail from table dining 6 pers and replacement of new long rail of hard wood all as shown on drg and directed by EIC.

(d) Taking out old unsv short rail from table dining 6/8 pers and replacement of new short rail of hard wood all as shown on drg and directed by EIC.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING 8 PERS ( FD-273/376) :-

(a) Taking out old unsv top from table dining 8 pers and replacement of new top of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade and provided teak wood beading 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size 6 mm thick around fixed with suitable size of steel screw and applying two coat of French polish with touch wood brand polish and fixing the same all as specified and shown in drg and all as directed.

(b) Taking out old unsv long rail from table dining 8 pers and replacement of new long rail of hard wood all as shown on drg and directed by EIC.

M&L preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one or more coat of French polish of required shade complete all as directed for the following :-

(a) Bed with ply wood top (FD-246).

(b) Chair writing (FD-280).

(c ) Chair Easy (FD-229).

(d) Chair dining (FD-228/279).

(b ) Removing of existing old tapestry cover from cushion for sofa set five seater and S&F new tepestry cover and tapestry cloth (Not less than Rs. 300/P Mtr) as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of existing U/S front/rear rail wooden of sofa set 5 seater and S&F new Front/Rear wooden rail made of IInd class hard wood and polishing with french polish two or more coats over a coat of woodfiller after preparation of surface and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of existing U/S stiffner/bearer wooden and S&F new stiffner/bearer wooden made of IInd class hard wood and polishing with french polish two or more coats over a coat of woodfiller after preparation of surface and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removing of existing U/S Arm rest wooden and S&F new Arm rest wooden made of IInd class hard wood and polishing with french polish two or more coats over a coat of woodfiller after preparation of surface and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TABLE DINING 1200 mm x 900 mm (FD/MAP-II/05) : Removing the following unserviseable components of Table dinning 1200 mm x 900 mm and replacing the same with new one II nd class Hardwood free from cracks and knots including tightening of the frame work as shown as per drawing :

(a) Top of size 1200 mm x 900 mm mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade including 4 mm thick teakwood edging alround.

(b) Leg made of IInd class hardwood of size and shape as per drg.
