Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits area lead up to Km with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. (Excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material , mixing in a machenical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibartory power roller to achieve the desired density comlete as per clause 401. (Excluding GST)

Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate Grade II to wet mix macadam specification including preixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base couse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the disired density . Including 3.5% Emultion & 1% OPC Cement . (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG.- 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH HMP producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects. grade ii. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPHhot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Cement Concrete Pavement. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.
