| 1.01 | Reconditioning of Hydraulic Grabs including conversion of old worn out Cane Unloader Grab Finger assembly into new Grab Finger assembly from standard manufacturers of the field i.e. Uttam Industrial Engg. Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad, Fluidline Hydro Equipments, Sonepat, Ridhi Sidhi Engineers, Ghaziabad.
Material : MS IS:2062, Gr. ‘A’
Important notes & main jobs to be carried out:
1. Replacement of all fingers (30 mm thick) with complete hardfacing (55-60 HRc) at finger tips.
2. Replacement of 10 nos. metalon bushes (05 mm thick)
3. Replacement of 10 nos. forged steel duly machined pins having Diameter 45 mm.
4. Replacement of fabricated finger holding boxes.
5. New cylinder mounting ribs to be provided.
6. Replacement of tie rod for finger attachment.
7. Replacement of oil level gauge.
8. Reconditioning of taped holes of oil sump cover, pump assembly and motor mounting etc.
9. Complete welding of fingers, ribs, boxes and tie rods etc.
10. Complete painting of grabs with golden yellow and black colour on tips of fingers.
Note: Oil sum tank, Hydraulic pump, electrical motor, filters, solenoid valves etc. will be in scope of the Mills (SCSM) along with old grab fingers. Party will assemble the new finger assembly and trial to be done in the presence of Mills representative. | 1 | Nos. | - | - |
