M&L for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass, etc. size of members as specified in SSR Pt-I, section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long Aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F 125mm long stainless steel butt hinges, ISI marked with bright finish complete all as directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium window shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as recessed handles, locking arrangement etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing shown on Sl. Page No. 180 of SSR Part-II-2020 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of wood grain printed PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with decorative PVC beading of 10x10mm (90°), and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing shown on Sl.
