The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed fromM.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). Fabricating and refixing 4mm thick Old Aluminium composite panel cladding in trey system/ Existing system on working location shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. complete i/c Aluminium frame work , where ever required at all height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Aluminium composite panel & frame work material to be supplied by the department. Other materials related to fixing of the Aluminium composite panel has to be provided by the firm)

Relocation of existing M.S. gate (Exit gate size approx 5.0 x 2.4 mtr, 1 ton approx ) by cutting / removing from existing position without damaging main frame and Re-fixing the same at new location by welding etc to the suppting structure and engaging necessary uplifting equipments, tools & tackles, manpower & machineries etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (structural steel material if used will be paid separetly).

Providing and fixing in position single / double, leaf fire check doors and frames at all levels of approved make, design, finish all complete in all respect as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in charge and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. a. Pressed male door frames manufactured from 1.6mm (16 gauge) thick Galvanized steel sheet confirming to IS 277(2003) of double rebate profile of size minimum (143m x 57 mm) finished with 'H' –Primer b. minimum 46mm thick G.I fire check door of 120 minutes’ fire rating conforming to BS:476 part 22 & IS: 364 part II fabricated with 2 nos. 1.2mm thick (18 gauge) galvanized sheet with infill of fire rated proprietary insulation filler bonded to both faces of sheet with lock seam Joints at style edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottom and style edges for fire rating. c. The door frames and door shutters shall be primed with 'H' primer and finished with PU/Powder coated. The shutter would be mounted with SS Ball Bearing Hinges of size 100mm x 75mm x 3.0mm of Becker Fire Solutions (4Nos one leaf), appropriate openings for vision panel glass. Test certificate for carrying out prototype test by the manufacturer agency at CBRI Roorkee or NTH Kolkata for such type of shutter earlier should be provided along with manufacturers test certificate. d. All door shall be factory made including hardwares i.e. hinges, panic bar, door closer, lock, handles etc as desired with necessary reinforcement and direction of Engineer in charge. e. Minimum 5 mm thick Pyron /pyrobeck / Central/Saint Gobain Fire rated clear Non Wired Glass of 120 minutes rating one on each leaf of size 300 x 300mm.(i). Single Leaf Door with vision with a guaranteed of 120 minutes fire rating (Please note: - The contractor should give the guarantee bond of fire rating). (ii) Double Leaf Door with vision with a guaranteed of 120 minutes fire rating (Please note: - The contractor should give the guarantee bond of fire rating). f. Manufacturer test certificate of the fire door must be submitted. NOTE: Surface area of shutter including door frame in elevation (one side only) shall be measured for payment.
