Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Hand packing of brokenstones or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls near weep holes etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring laid in pannels complete all as specified.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

Providing precast cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over lime stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick (first layer 10mm thick and second layer of 5mm thick) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Supply only PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length of bore 110mm for weep hole complete, all as specified.
