Internal Electrification Taking down carefully burnt out aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, flourescent tube light fittings etc to be measured and paid for seprately) removing materials to store for schedule of credit and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls ceilings and floors etc complete all as spd and directed.

Disconnecting of unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and including steel conduit and accessories & removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces inclduing painting

Modular Point wiring M & L for point wiring using ISI marked 1.1 kV grade single core FR-LSH flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, conforming to IS: 694- 1990, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors in exsisting conduit/ Provision of PVC cassing capping as per site requirment conforming to IS: 8130- 1984 and insulation conforming to IS: 5831- 1984, for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, drawn in not less than 25 mm size PVC medium grade surface/recessed cassing capping, modular cover-plates and frame complete all as specified in IS: 732- 1989 and directed. Make Anchor/Polycab/RR cables NOTE: Circuit wire from DB to switch boards hall be included in quoted rate. Note (i) Exsisting Modular sheet metal box should not be removed (ii) Mounting plate and cover plate of exsistng size is to be replace and rate are deemed to be inlcuded in quoted rate. Split AC (Non Inverter AC) M & Lfor servicing and testing of Split type air conditioners of 1.5/2 ton capacity of any make inverter / non inverter complete for minimum two times during the contract period of each unit by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing of dust from machines & air filters, checking and de-carbonizing , oiling, compressor greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration, remvoing and cleaning the air filter pad testing after fixing at site all as directed.

M&L for detecting the cause of leakage in any type/capacity of 1.5/2 ton inverter / non inverter AC and ensuring the complete system leak proof and charging of refrigerant gas with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-In Charge Notes :- (i) Dismantling of unserviceable compressor, cost of refrigarent gas and re-installation of serviceable compressor after repairing are deeemed to be included in the quoted rates .
