Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for taking/laying of DI/CI/GI/MS pipe and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in same earth in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25cm thick any type of soil after the pipe laid all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable / rusted GI water tubing from (walls, ceilings, floors, trenches etc.) and connection all as directed of the following sizes:-

Supply and fixing MS flat iron clamp of size 100x6 mm, suitable for 150mm bore of pipe with one No GI/MS socket of 20mm/15mm duly welded including nut & bolts for taking branch connection/jointing of branch connection from 150mm bore line including boring in GI/CI pipe including rubber packing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron including clamp of size 100x6 mm, suitable for 100mm bore of pipe with one No GI/MS socket of 20mm/15mm duly welded including nut & bolts for taking branch connection/jointing of branch connection from 100 mm bore line including boring in GI/CI pipe including rubber packing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron including clamp of size 50x6 mm, suitable for 80mm bore of pipe with one No GI/MS socket of 20mm/15mm duly welded including nut & bolts for taking branch connection/jointing of branch connection from 80 mm bore line including boring in GI/CI pipe including rubber packing all as directed.

Demolition of cement concret in ground floor nexc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work etc and making good surfaces as reqd and directed.

Demolition of brick wall (straight or curved or plain) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with Sub Class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plain exciding 6 meter mean radius in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 250 m complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4), surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting of submerssible pump set of any cap from borewell carefully with column pipe of size upto 150/200 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI,3 mtr each length (20 to 25Nos of pipe) along with existing submerssible electric cable for replacing all worn out part like rubber gasket, jointing materials, nuts & bolts & washers and shifting the pipe aside for reuse complete all as directed including all necessary T & P as required for lifting.

Lowering of submerssible pump set of any cap into the borewell carefully with column pipe of size upto 150/200 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI,3 mtr each length( 20 to 25 Nos of pipe),along with existing submerssible electric cable binding with GI/Al wire including making joint to submerssible cable all as directed. (Note:-Rubber gasket, jointing material, lead wool, nuts, bolts & washers required shall be included in the rate quoted by contractor).

Taking out sluice valves of size 100 mm refacing, regrinding and refixing after repairing following items complete all as directed:- (Note: - Rubber gasket, lead wool, lead wool, nuts, bolts, washers & gland required to be paid as separate item under schedule'A").

Dismentling / Taking down of Cross arms of MS channels or angle section complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangementsin existing valve pit and removing of old / rusted MS cover all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
