Strengthening and extension of outdoor illumination system in 132KV S/s campus and colony at 132KV S/s, Ramnagar under OandM Division, PTCUL, Kashipur

Execuation of following works for strengthening and extension of street lighting system in 132KV and 33KV switchyards, internal roads, peripheries, substation entrance, store area, office campus area, colony etc. as per the approved technical specifications and direction of engineer incharge including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Supply of octagonal GI poles (5 metres in length) suitable for street lighting including all fixtures, nuts & bolts, cleats, pltes and foundation bolts.

LED street light (100 watt) with high quality aluminium case and fixtures.

Pole muffing/collar work required for erection of GI poles including excavation of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator, pole hole digger)/manual means in pits of any size, including dressing sides and ramming of bottom, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including leads and lifts.

Back filling and leveling of excavated soil of foundation pit as directed, including leads and lifts.

Pole muffing/collar work required for erection of GI poles providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering-all work in 1:3:6 ratio (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone 20 mm nominal size aggregate of specified shape & size) and plastering work etc.

Supply and installation of metal box in 180x100x60 mm size on surface or recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover infront including painting etc. as required.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 3 phase connector with SPN 10 amp MCB.

Installation, testing and commissioning of street lighting system complete with octagonal GI pole, LED lights, all fixtures and mounting accessories.
