Design supply, install, testing and commissioning of electrically operated 08 passengers Lift in the existing lift (544 Kg) well, speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor (Gearless Machine) of 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G + 8 upper floors i.e. with 9 stops and 9 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening sliding steel door with moon rock finish of 16 gauge with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescuer device (ARD) system with batteries, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Disconnection, dismantling of existing BER lifts alongwith all connected items shall be carried out by the contractor and the dismantled lift with all accessories shall be deposited in the E/M store yard. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

(ii) Type of drive: Variable voltage and variable frequency drive with microprocessor based controller + 5 mm landing accuracy with speed encoder. (iii) Speed: 1.5 meter per second. (iv) Travel: Suitable for passenger travel of Approx 30 meters, (opening on same side). (v) Existing well size: 1900 mm x 1840 mm deep (over plaster) (approx) without any projected beam/column. (vi) Power supply: 03 Phase, 415 V, 50Hz (should withstand variation of + 5%). (vii) Inner size: 1300mm x 1100mm deep (Approx). (viii) Car enclosure: Stainless steel panel body of 16 gauge with moon rock finish, SS false ceiling (hairline finish) and stainless steel handrail of standard dia and size with hair line finish and splinter proof mirror of 4 mm thickness in front half of the lift car. Car frame floor integrity should be ensured to maintain safety.

(ix) Flooring: Polished granite flooring. (x) Electric light: LED Light fitting (Min 04 Nos). (xi) Fan: Fresh Air fan 380mm sweep – 01 No. (xii) Car entrance: Automatic, centre opening, sliding doors. (xiii) Clear opening: Not less than 800mm x 2000mm high. (xiv) Operation door: Automatic operation with 16 Gauge Moon rock finish stainless steel door panel with vision panel of 200mm x 800mm size toughned glass not less than 8mm thick. (xv) Control: Simplex full collective with and without attendant. (xvi) Indicators: Hall position indicators for car & landing direction and position indicator with stainless steel fixtures at all floors. (xvii) Main drive and control shall be latest, high efficient and low power consumption.

(iii) Necessary LED indication in car to be provided for battery healthiness (iv) Overloading device with tripping system including warning indicator both audio and visual types . (v) Nudging buzzer if door is held open for more than 30 sec.. (vi) Emergency fireman’s service. (vii) Audible car call button. (viii) Emergency car light unit. (ix) High performance contact free infrared curtain door protection. (x) Door time adjustable from (0-30Sec). (xi) Emergency alarm button. (xii) Extra door time of lobby & parking. (c) ADDITIONAL FEATURES (i) Automatic rescue device.: During power failure and manual operation suitable provision shall be provided to run the lift with full load to the nearest floor. (ii) Floor announcement system: Each floor shall be provided with announcement system.

(D) HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE (HID) (i) Hall button with micro stroke push buttons combined with digital LED display indicator as per OEM recommandations. (ii) Full height car operating panel with micro stroke call push buttons (located on side panel) . (iii) Door open/Door closed on car operating panel. (iv) 2-way intercommunication system. (v) Monochrome LED digital position indicator display. (vi) Battery operated alarm bell & emergency light. (vii) Fireman’s switch at main lobby. (viii) Manual rescue operation. (ix) Call register indicator in all landings. (x) Attendant operation system in car panel.

NOTES FOR ITEM No 1 & 2 : (i) Contractor should keep the lift functional by repairing / replacing [as decided by AGE(I)] the components during the defects liability period. (ii) Contractor shall be ensure adequate safety precautions adopted during executions without inconvenience to the Users.

M&L for earthing complete with M.S galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal GL. connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel including excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia bar, 3 Nos both way, 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20 mm dia medium grade ,lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr including Charcoal dust , salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -1, 2009 specification, complete all as directed.

S&F galvanized iron strip 32 mm X 6 mm fixed with saddles, porcelain / FRP insulators @ 1 metre c/c and fixing screws etc., for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Supply, Laying and testing GI Tubing, Galvanised, ‘Medium Grade’ 40mm dia, laid in trenches or any other Situation, for protection of GI strip complete as all specified and directed.

Supply, Laying and testing LT XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in trench or fixed to wall/passing through pipe/pole incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing, with and including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make:HAVELLS/FENOLEX/NICCO/KEI/POLYCAB/RR KABLE LTD/HPL/GLOSTER (Note: Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Supply, Laying and testing LT XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in trench or fixed to wall / passing through pipe / pole incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing, with and including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make:HAVELLS/FENOLEX/NICCO/KEI/POLYCAB/RR KABLE LTD/HPL/GLOSTER (Note : Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes/cables etc., and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point in soft/loose soil.

M&L for sand cushioning for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.(using river sand consolidated thickness after tampering shall be measured & paid )

M & L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I (with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete with MES marking on the top of the cover complete all as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance, servicing and repairs including renewal/replacement of defective parts including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) of fully automatic operated 08 passengers Lifts of speed 1.5m/sec after 2 years of defect liability period suitable to ground plus Eight floors ( G + 8 upper floors ) i.e with 9 stops and 9 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive), automatic operated door system complete with all standard accessories and control system all as specified and directed.

(a) AMC on 1st year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

(b) AMC on 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

(c) AMC on 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period (for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

Notes for Serial Item Nos.13 & 14 above:- (i) The rate quoted are deemed to include all/any charges related to renewal of lift license and lift insurance from State Govt/Other Agency.(ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site including any spares to keep the lift operated all the time.(iii) The Maintenance of the lifts should be done through the OEM.(iv) The contractor should attend the complaint/breakdown immediately.(v) Maintenance of the lift should be done as per manufacturer instructions

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs -------- mentioned on Page No 27 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
