Preventive/ Break down Maintenance of HT & LT motors & its feeders/brakers. Job involves for preventive maintenance, at motor side:- opening of terminal box, checked the motor terminal condition, cleaning with emery paper, & tightening of terminals and terminal links take the inductance, resistance & IR values with motor checker. if space heater is installed, check the space heater with multi-meter & insulation tester. Close the terminal box and seal with tape. Ensure the both earthing points are intact condition with earth grid. If earth connections are in damage conditions rectify the same with 10sq mm copper lead/ earth strip For 415 Volt feeder side, jobs includes :- rack out the feeders, check the power contactors, power & control Fuses, tighten all power/control connections, cleaning of the feeders & control terminals etc. Check the coil resistance of the contractor. For HT Motor feeder 6.6KV Breaker preventive maintenance job includes, Racked out the breaker from its cabinet, check and arrest of oil leak, breaker operating mechanism. After complete of the feeder prevantive maintenance keep back the feeders in their cabinet. Replacement of overheated lugs at motor/ feeder side if observed, same should be replaced with new one. The job shall be carried out as per technical specifications of the tender

Replacement/ relubrication of NDE/DE Side bearing of HT& LT motors Job involves disconnection of power cables, and removing the of foundation bolts, dismanteling of motor, remove the rotor from stator, cleaning of stator & rotor, replacement of bearings if required, assembling and No load run is under the scope of vender. Shifting of the motors from location to motor maintenance room and vice-versa shall be carried out by department at free of cost. Required bearing will be supplied at free of cost. The job shall be carried out as per technical specifications of the tender.

Upkeeping & maintenance of Class-I &II Battery Banks Cells :Job includes the cleaning & taking the cell voltage & density of the electrolyte of the Cell. Check the tightness of the cell connections. Maintain the electrolyte level of the cell in presence of department personals. Apply the battery grease on the cell connection as per the instruction of battery bank incharge. this job shall be carried out round the clock shift and also includes monitoring and logging of parameters of ACVR and UPS to ensure healthiness of battery banks & in addition any other jobs assigned by the SIC(E) related to electrical maintenance during the shift shall be carried out. The job shall be carried out as per technical specifications of the tender.

General quarterly maintenance and condition monitoring of transformers: On line Sampling of Transformer Oils and handing over the sample to the chemical lab for moisture testing & carrying out BDV test of the transformer oil, The job also includes replacement of silica Gel based on condition, regeneration of Exhausted Silica Gel.topup of oil in the transformer, Oil Filteration as per requirement, leak arrest if any by applying the compound. clean the area & transformer fins, cleaning of silica gel breather and oil top up in breather. Job also includes carrying out any preventive maintenance of transformer including breaker preventive maintenance (whenever shutdown is available).

General weekly maintenance of 500 KVA Emergency DG Set and taking dummy load trial run to keep it in poised condition:Job includes DG set cleaning including air intake pathway, clean the floor immediately when ever lube oil/ Diesel spill, cleaning & taking the readings of DG set cell voltage & density of the electrolyte of the battery bank . Taking the DG set trial run with dummy load and maintaining DG Set HSD day tank level. . The job shall be carried out as per technical specifications of the tender.

One time maintenance of earth pits in a year. job includes taking the earth pit resistance reading as per guidance of EIC under departemntal supervision, checking continuity of grid connection of individual pits by taking values with and without grid and writing on the pit cover the pit resistance with grid and date of measurement with white paint on black back ground and record all readfings on the record register. supply of white & black paint, painting & writing brush are under the scope of vendors

Rectification of heat tracer faults, connection / disconnection through flameproof Junction box, installation of new junction boxes, glanding, modifcation in the routing of heat tracer, changing of Heat tracer cable as per requirement. It also includes Preventive maintenance of 2 Nos. Distribution panel of Heat Tracer once in a year

Any Modification work in exiting electrical system like 415 volt feeder modification/ Installation of new motors which includes power cable connection & noload run/ laying of power cable up to 50 meters in existing cable trench/ Push button installation/ rerouting of the power cable up to 50 meter & reglanding of existing power cable/ rectification.
