Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sq.m but not exceeding 2.00 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description and refixing the shutters in the same opening of any description exceeding 1.00 Sq.m and not exceeding 2.00 Sq.m each after easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel windows/ ventilator with frame of any description and any size complete & remove from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of cement cocrete padding of water proofing treatment from roof pading taking down bituminous polythene sheets plaster etc , cleaning of concete surfaces by wire brushres scrubbing down water and removing the dust debris etc. to a distance 50 mtre but n.exc 250 mtr from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proffing treatment for roofs in the following stages:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid allas per manufacturer's insturctions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. (ii) Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat 6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/ 10 sqft in two coats (10-12) hrs gap between each coat. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongational break of 350% crack bridging ability of 2.5mm @650 microns thickness resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be applied with bursh or roller, Also proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must etc, complete all specified and directed. Note : 1The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturere only. 2 The authorized applicator of manufacturere shall be approved by GE. 3. The color of final finish shall be decided by the GE. 4. WPC rate is included in quated rate.
