Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of bottom discharge air cooled Precision Air - Conditioning Systems (2nd and 3rd Floor of ATS Complex) with variable capacity scroll compressor, evaporator fan having electrically controlled commutator motor, DX cooling coil, microprocessor controller, expansion valves, drivers, filters including attending breakdown calls within time as mentioned in SCC and supply of all accessories, as per manufacturer recommendation which is including of Replacement of PCB/Mother Board , Air Filter , Outdoor & indoor motor, Expansion Valve, Drier, Contractor, Relay etc. and Repair or Rectification of System Leakage with Refrigerant, other minor fault etc. as directed by Engineer - in -charge. (Model No. of PACs :- PEX-135E CD/S/W/ICOM, Capacity:-8TR, Refrigerant Gas - R407/R407C or equivalent suitable for the above Model)
