Description of work.
Foundation Work- providing and laying position cement concrete to suitable size withcement concrete 1:2:4 including form work etc. as required.
Leading, Aligning and Fixing of DG Set in Foundation (Approximate 30 Mtrs leading)
Testing and Commissioning of DG Set at available load, including Diesel Fuel
Exhaust Piping with MS Pipe of suitable dia with all Accessories.
Supply and Laying of 3.5C*150 sq.mm PVC Al. UG Cable
Supply and Laying of 3.5C*120 sq.mm PVC Al. UG Cable
Supply and laying of 6CX 1.5 Sqmm Control Cabling
Supply and Laying of 25*3 Copper Strip for Earthing.
Termination of 3.5x150 sqmm UG cable using Brass glands and Aluminium sockets.
Termination of 3.5x120 sqmm UG cable using Brass glands and Aluminium sockets.
Termination of 6Cx1.5 sqmm UG cable using Brass glands and Aluminium sockets.
Supply of all materials & providing earthing with C.I. earth plate 600X600X5 mm including accessories, providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arragement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.
Supply of all materials, fabrication and installation of MS angle cable tray as required.
Modification in the existing Metering Panel by providing 3 Nos.200 A Kit Kat Fuse.
Demolishing the existing wall for leading the DG set to the foundation and reconstructing the same to previous stage.
Documentation, prepration and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate.
Scheme Scrutiny Fee, Inspection Fee, kWH Meter and CTs testing fee, all incidental expenses and statutory payments etc.
Roofing - supply and fixing GI sheet roofing for the DG set including all materials for structural frame work, fabrication charges etc. complete
Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items approved by client/KEL
2:Rate should be inclusive of installation, testing and commissioning cost for all items
3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.
