Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling and removing Aluminium/ wooden framed glass partitions including removal of glass shutters carefully (if required) as instructed and stacking at site for reuse or transporting the same to safe place as per instructions at site

Brick work in CM 1:6 with country burnt bricks for super structure walls including cost of cement & all other materials, labour charges and scaffolding charges etc.complete - above 5 m to 10 m height from plinth level/floor level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, bands, plain window sills,above plinth level up to floor five level,including cost of cement, reinforcements, centering, shuttering, finishing etc with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,including cost of cement

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying two priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture,With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with approved brand and mat finish wooden series GVT design tiles of size 1200x200 mm or nearest available size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 and fixing floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 3 mm thickness and Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work all as per detailed specification noted in Special Conditions of work Clause No. 5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing and fixing wall panelling with 8mm BWR grade plywood pasted with 1mm laminate(Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) and framed with 18mm BWR grade plywood as per design. All visible faces to be edge banded withapproved colour lipping. All laminates to be hot pressed on BWR grade ply including cost of all materials and labour.

Conference table- Fabrication and installation of modular multi part conference table of dimension 240 Inch (Length) and 58 Inch (Width) made with 19 mm BWR grade plywood pasted with 1mm laminate (Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) as per design. Edges shall be finished with edge band pasted with edge banding machine. Top of the table shall be provided with arrangemnts for fixing plug boxes and provisions for USB, HDMI, Projector, Mic/sound system etc.All laminates to be hot pressed on BWR grade ply including cost of all materials and labour.

Supplying and fixing Factory made flush door of approved make and of 1.20 m x 2.10 m size in single leaf, 35 mm thick with both side Veneered door shutter with matching Veneer wrapped engineered wood Jamb 100mmx36mm with front side 65 mm Architraves with back side tackers 26mm all with specialized Lacquer Polish , with Extruded Sauerland Core filling from Germany including 4 side PVC edge banding, Lock Hole Boring (for mortice lock)/ Hinge Rebate Cutting (3 Nos.) including charges for loading/ unloading, transportation, installation by authorised crew of manufacturer and with following fittings of same manufacturer: Mortise Lock with Lever handles with One Side Key Other side Thumb turn -SS finish - SUS 202 of Jacson or eqvt approved make - 1 No. Hinges 4" x 3" x 3mm S S finish -3 Nos. Magnetic door stopper SS Finish - 1 No. Additional fittings if any required shall be included in the quoted rate. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer's recommendations.

Providing FACT Logo Back Panel of size 1.8x1.95x0.3m in 18mm BWR ply laminated with 1mm laminate(veneer) (Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) with 6mm ply backing without lamination with provisions for lighting. Front panel in 15mm BWR ply. All visible faces to be edge banded with colour lipping subject to client approval. All laminates to be hot pressed on BWR grade ply including cost of all materials and labour.

Supplying and fixing FACT Logo in 6mm fusion work Glass with colouring and 4mm mirror backing (size 1.8mx1.13m) as per approval of Engineer In Charge

Supplying and fixing Picture Display Panel/ Graphic board displaying photographs of FACT Cochin Division made with BWR grade plywood with 1mm laminate (Merino, Green or equivalent approved brand) and shall be finished with boarder as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(size 600 x 900 mm Aprox)

Supplying and fixing writing board made of BWR grade plywood and pasted with glossy white laminate.The writing board shall be tiltable and shall be fixed near to TV (size 600 x 600 mm Aprox)

Providing name boards in brass as per approved drawing

Providing shelves of size 1.00 x 1.95 & 0.30 m depth with 18mm BWR ply laminated with 1mm laminate of approved veneer and with 6mm ply backing laminated on one side and with no shutters. 4 Nos. of 6mm glass shelves shall be provided.Visible faces have to be edge banded with approved colour lipping subject to client approval.Laminates to be hot pressed on BWR grade ply and the rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour etc.
