Disconnect electrical connection from the motor and taking out from its base to the station floor by taking all precausionary and safety measure.

Dismantling the line shaft and coupling.

Dismantling the whole pump, overhauling part by part and cleaning.

Arrangement of scaffolding.

Supply, fitting and fixing of single direction thrust ball bearing of any reputed make. (Bearing No: 51314)

Supply, fitting and fixing of deep groove ball bearing of any reputed make. (Bearing No: 6411)

Mfg., supply, fitting and fixing of shaft sleeve as per sample.

Mfg., supply, fitting and fixing of impeller jam nut as per sample.

Replacement of old and broken studs with SS nuts, bolts & washers.

Repairing of pump shaft and pump body.

Repairing of gland body and gland flange.

Repairing of impeller and balancing it with repaired pump shaft and test report to be submitted.

Painting the whole pump motor unit with two coats of anti-corrosive bituminous paint of approved make & brand over a coat of red led primer.

Complete assembly of the pump by lowering of pump assembly in the casing, fitting, fixing of driven shaft, coupling bearing etc. with rubber gaskets and installation of motor and couple between pump side and motor side coupling and trial run.
