a. Dismantling of motor from the motor base stool by way of opening of bolts and dissembling of motor and pump assembly coupling of Unit I. The job includes dragging of induction motor to loading site, loading in private vehicle and shifting it to the work shop and unloading it there. The job also includes the shifting of motor back to site and testing on full load. (01 Kg) b. Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job includes extraction of damaged, windings from slots of starter. (01 Job) c. Complete rewinding of damaged set of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of specified gauge and quality. (38 kg) d. Providing and fitting of insulating material in the slots of stator including bamboo strips, lathered paper and PVC etc. (01 job) e. Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish and heat treatment by using conventional method. (01 job) f. Re-assembling of stator rotor assembly carefully without causing damage to winding. The job includes refitting of motor at site and testing on full load. (01 job) g. Deduct cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper winding at item c.(30.4kg) h. Replacement of 6309 ball bearings of NBC/SKF make or equivalent both driver and driven end. (01 job) 01 Complete job
