Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have supplied spares of vertical roller Mills for Purchase orders of Rs:23.25 lakhs to any Govt. Sector/ PSU/Coal fire thermal power stations of capacity 500MW and above, in last three years and shall furnish Purchase Order copies (Maximum-2) as a proof.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a manufacturer or authorized dealer for Mill spares. Manufacturing certificate/authorization letter from manufacturing company shall be furnished as a proof.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.46.50 lakhs from any one of the preceding five years (2024-25,2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22, 2020-21 ).As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant

The Bidder should enclose the technical information (TI) and drawing (GA) indicating all the dimensions duly marked on it along with the technical details (MOC) for which bidder has to submit TI and GA drawings.

Trade mark of the manufacturer may be furnished in the offer and supply should confirm to the offer.

All the Mill spares should confirm to the specifications & dimensions of the existing M/s BHEL /M/s Alstom for replacing the existing one.

Mill spares samples and GA drawings shall not be issued to the successful bidder
