Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken portion etc, and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over as in filling roof for making good depression/ undulation to the existing roof/slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs including rounded or chamfered on edges etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item ser no 4 above but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of BOQ. (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.3 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surfaces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat to be applied after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

Taking down of any description and in any position 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting of any description and in any position existing PVC tank exc capacity 500 Ltrs and not exc 1000 Ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc; and hoisting if required reconnecting, refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) tripal-layer in white colur hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) tripal-layer in white colur hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 15mm bore Gun-metal (ISI Marked), globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 20mm bore Gun-metal (ISI Marked), globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 25mm bore Gun-metal (ISI Marked), globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete jallies any thickness, any type including mouldings etc; and grouted in any type of mortar including removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast frame for fixing of RCC louvers & Jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings of shape & design/ pattern as approved of size 60x10x10cm each and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spsecified and as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies of Type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded agregate), 35 mm thick (measured solid), and set in CM (1:6) including all mouldings all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of any description and in any position of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made table vibratory, PU mould, chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath, drive ways or parking etc; over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerbs stone any size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc; making joints with or without grooves, drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick as in plinth protection, path etc using 20mm graded stone aggregate including forming & filling expension joints 25 mm deep x 8 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed

M &L for 55mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in flooring fiished even smooth surface without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of any description and in any position glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of MS or wrought iron work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

MS framed work as in doors or gates of flat, angle, rolled or other section partly ornamental/ intricate design , incl gusset plates, braces etc but without coverings incl all necessary welding and / or rivetting etc including pintle or any other type of hinges Fe - 290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for welded steel wire fabric (Weight n.exc 4kg per square metre) fixed to steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
