PART-II M&L for cleaning of existing RCC/PS/SMC over head tank (height of staging upto 20 mtr from normal ground level) of capacity 40000 Gallon at Engr Regt Pump house complete having using the following steps during course of tank cleaning :- (a) Dewatering of water by operating valves of any type and complete drain out of water from tank with the help of buckets and dewatering pumps (if required) complete. (b) Cleaning of entire inside portion of Over head tank and removal of algae formation (in any) and iron sluge/slurry removal complete. (c) Scrubbing of the walls and floors and removal of all scaling algae and other formed particales on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Removal of all sludge/muddy water from the tank and complete cleaning of loose particles of any nature (second time cleaning). (e) Complete cleaning of of inner surface of tank with fresh water and to be shown to the site executives before re-filling of water to the tank and compelte satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (f) Arresting/making good to the any minor repair (if any required) by applying cement mortar or chemical and to ensure No lekages from the over head tank. Taking out old UNSV rusted chequered plate of any size and thickness from sewage treatment plant of 350 KLD capacity, M& L hot rolled mild steel chequered plate of 6 mm thick as per IS-2062 including welding, bending cold or hot or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of black paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (NOTE- Necessary cutting, welding and fixing in position as per site requirement is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor)

M&L for removal of sewage and garbage from oil grease chamber of STP capacity 300/350 Cum/Day with the help of sewage pump mounted on portable bowser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Cha

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down old UNSV post top fittings, M & L for new generation LED post top lantern, 40Watts, m230 Volts, AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect lighting IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete with all electrical accessories all as specified complete including taking down old UNSV light fitting from High mast light light pole of maximum 20 metre height from the normal ground level all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and disconnecting of self priming non-clogging centrifugal pump coupled motor of capacity 2/3HP Induction type & loading/ unloading the pump and motor to the vehicle and transportation to workshop for repair/ replacement/.re-winding with super enamelled copper conductor wires 22 gauge, heat varnishing and drying stator and rotor including overhauling of motor and pump and including dismantle and re-assembling the pump setting the impeller alongwith for smooth running after repair/replacement/ maintainence and transportation back from workshop to site including re-assembling the same, re-coupling the pump with motor on base frame, checking line alignment with motor testing & commissioning on completion and checking upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. {Note : (i) Spares parts of pump set (like ball bearing, pump shaft, rubber flap, flat gasket, shaft sleeve) shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' under relevents. Supplying and fixing Retro-relective regulatory sign board of size 900mm x 900mm made out of 2 mm thick aliminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, letter, symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 01 No 50x50mm square post made out of MS angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 meter long, welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two coats or more coats primer and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete including taking down old UNSV sign board from its existing position in all respect as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of discharge tubing suitable for chlorine chemical dosing system of dia 3/8 inch including taking down old unserviceable tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old UNSV dosing pump complete with disconnecting all water and electrical connections, M & L for diaphram type dosing pump for chlorination system having maximum flow rate 6 LPH, electrically operated 230 Volts, AC, Single phase, 50 watts, pressure upto 5.5 Kc/Sq Cm having manual and automatic speed control adjustable while running, suction lift upto 1.5 meter water level, electrically operated and mechanically actuated diaphram complete with all standard accessories like foot valve, antisyphan vlave, LDPE tubing etc complete all as specified and directed. S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to RCC Column/Iron support frame as required at site with Aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm complete with MS flat iron of suitable size including taking down old UNSV GI/Aluminium strip from the RCC OH tank columns from different locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( NOTE- All safety equipment required and necessary insurance for safety of working labour to execuite the work is responsibility of the Contractor and rates quoted is deemed to be included in Unit rates).

S & F in repairs of Air termination rod (RCC OH/PS Tank of maximum height upto 30 mtr from normal ground level) single pointed having 12 mm dia, 300 mm long, fixed with existing base plate with necessary arrangement such as welding work, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. ( NOTE- All safety equipment required and necessary insurance for safety of working labour to execuite the work is responsibility of the Contractor and rates quoted is deemed to be included in Unit rates).

M & L for providing test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwes of box size 300x200x150 mm complete including taking out old UNSV test point all as speicified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED Aviation Lighting luminaire comprising aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclousers of to be installed on the top of the RCC/PS over tank at a height upto 30 metere from ground level having 302 LEDs with IP65, AC, 240 Volts and operating voltage 170-240 Volts, 50 Hz complete including taking down old UNSV light complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Bajaj, Cat No- BGAV302LED or equivalent model/ cat No. of make mentioned in Appx 'A' in PS)

M&L for Construction of valve pit chamber with brick masonary with sub class 'B' bricks (one brick thick) in cement mortar (1:6) and necessary PCC (75mm thick) type D2 (1:4:8) as in foundation and 15mm thick plastering on brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary earthwork etc work having internal dimension 120cm x 120cm x 90cm and providing of 3mm thick MS sheet cover duly hinged on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and embedded on top of chamber by minimum 4 Nos MS hold fast. Necessary locking arrangement shall be provided to the sheet cover for safety. The steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats black bituminous paint over a coat of anti corrosive red oxide primer complete after demolition of old valve pit chamber all as specified and directed.
