REPAIR TO AREA DRAINAGE, CULVERT, PLINTH PROTACTION, HARD STANDING AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF EXTERNAL B/R WORKS AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR.

Amount

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section and size including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 300 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, laid flat in floors, walls or of similar types, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.14 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, laid on edges in floors, old size, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 16 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rolled MS in joist, angle, channel sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc of grade Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia(Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F for chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.14mm dia 100mmX 100mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire staples, ms section, bars etc. . complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or square exe 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel works in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing (Fe 290 (Gde E-165) ) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and laying plinth protection of 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate), laid in alternate penals/bays and finished the surafce even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers/ cover slabs or of similar type slab works, etc. incl necessary formwork and loading/ unloading of the same and fixed in position, complete in all respcet as specified and directed.

M & L for 450mm internal dia of Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Running welding in repairs exc. 2.5cm but n. exc 5cm in length and exc. 9mm but not exc 20mm complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Note: Welding machine and rod is included in this item, the site is spread in wide spread area, Contractor must quote the rates accordingly)

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply two coats of white wash including scrapping down of old white wash completely complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, by smole soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping with vaccum based sanding machine, washing with water all as specified, filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform & proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of cement base paint white or coloured by auto roller complete in all respect as specified and directed as per manufactures instruction.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, by smole soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots , washing with water all as specified, filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty and applying one coat of weather coat white or coloured complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
