R.C.C.work of M-25 having a minimum comprresive strength (in work test) 250 kg/Cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beds whereever necessay including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying the grills etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding, tying the grills, laying and placing in proper position as per approved design and drawing including cost, conveyance of 18 to 20 gauge binding wire cost and conveyance of HYSD bars complete in all respect as per specification for road & Bridge and direction of Eng - in Charge.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using K.B.Bricks/Cement flyash of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm(5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows and iron grill gate made out of (45x45x60)mm size angular frame with square bar M.S. flat for grills of approved design icluding all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete. ( Prevaling lowest local market rate and excluding labour for fixing )

Fixing of Vetrified tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing vetrified tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of approved quality of weather seal coat of approved shade over a coat of primer including cost of all materials etc. complete. as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Painting two coats in all floors to new wood and iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials alongwith T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement washing one coat including watering ,curing with cost,conveyance, royalities of cement etc.Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coat over the including cost of distemper cost conveyance and all taxes of all materials and labor with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick Sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door with frame fitting and fixture etc complete(SR 2022 misla. item no-9/page-234)

Dismantalling and removing the R.C.C column, Beam, slab, staircase ,landing,lintel including stacking the useful materials for reuse.
