Dismantling/ extraction of submersible motor pump unit 5 HP 12000 GPH with column pipes from well. a). Loading pumping unit in a private vehicle and carriage from site to work shop and unloading at workshop. b). dismantling of the above pumping unit for accessing damages, and checking the damaged motor burnt copper wire and extracting the damaged burnt copper wire. c). complete rewinding of 5hp , 12000 GPH submersible motor Johnston make old type and replacement of upper and bottom bushes and repairing , re-metalling , facing of thrust bearing complete job . d). repairing of the submersible pump by way of fitting of pump impeller, adjustment bush and Centre bush. The job also includes re-metalling of pump shaft, turning and finishing on lathe, so as to acquire its original size. e).unloading pumping unit back to pump house after carrying out all above mentioned repair work. The job also includes lowering of submersible pumping unit and column pipes in the well and testing and commissioning on full load.
