Fabrication, providing and fitting of M.S Door of size 6' 6'' x 4' (width) by way of cutting and welding of MS angles, MS rectangular strips and MS sheets with following specifications and quantity Frame of MS door to be fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 Total length of ISA 40x40x5 = 6.5 mtr Total weight of ISA 40x40x5 (@ 3kg/mtr) = 19.5 kgs Frame of two partitions of MS door to be fabricated out of ISA 35x35x5 Total length of ISA 35x35x5 = 10.5 mtr Total weight of ISA 35X35X5 (@2.6 kg/mtr) = 27.5 kgs Two partitions of the MS door to be covered with rectangular sheets of 2mm thickness Total area of rectangular sheets (2mm thickness) = 2.5 sqmtr Total weight of rectangular sheets(2mm thickness) = 38 kgs Securing the rectangular sheets in place by way of providing and fitting of rectangular strips of size 35 x3mm The strips should be fixed around periphery of sheets Total length of 35x3mm rectangular strip = 10.5 mtr Total weight of 35x3mm rectangular strip = 9 kg Total approximate weight of latches and hinges = 3 kgs Total weight = (19.5+27.5+38+9+3)kgs = 97 kgs Contingencies = 3kgs Total = 100 kgs Note: The MS Door should be made as per the actual site conditions and the contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the Job

Providing and fitting of MS square mesh having mesh size of 25mm x 25mm made out of 10SWG MS wire. The mesh is to be fixed to the the window frames of pump station by means of 12mm width and 2mm thick MS strip with drilled holes in order to get it fitted to the wooden frames. Job also includes applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer.

Fabrication & providing of MS operator sleeping beds by way of cutting and electric arc welding of mild steel angle ISA-40x40x5 with height of 1.5 feet and each end length to be fitted with gusset plates of size 80mm x 80mmx5mm with following specifications a. 6 feet x 5 feet Intermediate horizontal (in plus shape) supporting fabricated out of ISA-40x40x5 Total length of ISA-40x40x5= 11.9mtrs@3kg/m=36kgs Job includes fitting of 6’ X 5’ ply board (19 mm Thick ) to bed and applying of two coats of red oxide primer then shifting of same to site after its fabrication at workshop. The Job also includes providing and fitting of Thermocol and matting of 30sft. The firm has also to provide bedding of size 6'x5' consisting of quilt matress, two pillows, two bed sheets, two pillow covers, two quilt covers. The Job also includes painting of bed in two coats of primer and one coat of enamel paint

Preparing of surface of windows, door, pumping unit using blue lamp and metallic sand paper and then applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer.
