RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FOR CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLANT ,VRV SYSTEM, CENTRAL AIR COOLING SYSTEM, LIFT INSTALLED AT ICU ADM BLDG AND LAUNDRY AT MH JODHPUR

Resource management for operation of Central air conditioning plant installed for ICU at Military Hospital Jodhpur by deploying one operator per shift of appropriate category of industrial person to operate central air conditioning plant and to maintain desired tempurature in all seasons as per direction given time to time by Eng-in charge/ MH authorities in 03(Three) shifts(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Resource management for operation of Passenger lift-01 nos installed at ICU of Military Hospital with 01 Operator in per shift of 08 hrs each including sunday and holidays as specified below or all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Ist Shift, 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs = 01 Lift operators (ii) IInd Shift, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs = 01 Lift operators (iii) IInd Shift, 2200 hrs to 0600hrs = 01 Lift operator

Resource management of FGM/PIPE FITTER in Two shifts (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) daily for attending day to day break down of water supply of Laundry and adjoining installations including sunday/holiday including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Note for item 1 to 3 here in before (i) Minimum qualification/experience for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field or 2 years experience in same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii) Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him (iii) contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing rules. Provision of reliever for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v) Cleaning of installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to include this provision. (vi) Necessary logbook/log sheet will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift , penalty @ Rs 1000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (viii) Contractor shall provide accidental insurance of min 2 lacs to all the employed manpower & copy of insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance. (ix) Contractor shall provide uniform to all staff employed under this CA and non compliance of uniform by any staff, penalty of Rs 200/per day will be recovered for each staff not found in uniform
