Speed- 1 Meter/Second. 3. Type of Drive- Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF). 4. Machine Motor Unit- 3Phase, Synchronous motor with Imported Dynamic Brake, 415V. 5. Travel- 23metre height approx. 6. Stop & Opening- 6 stops, 6 opening (all opening on the same side) 7. Car Enclosure- S.S Hairline Finish with two side Toughened Glass. 8. Car size- As per IS. 9. Lift Well Size- 1950mm W x 1370mm D. 10. Flooring- Anti skid Stainless steel Chequered Plate flooring. 11.Cabin Light & Fan- LED light fittings & Fan. 12. Car Entrance- Toughened Glass Door with Stainless steel Mirror finish frame of approved make (900mm), Automatic Center opening/Telescopic opening Door (800mm W x 2000mm H), Automatic Power Door operating system. 14. Type of controller- Micro Processor - Simplex Collective Selective. 15. Cabin outer portions- Two sides toughened glass with Heavy duty Stainless steel Mirror finish of approved make. 16.Sgnals in car- Emergency light, Emergency Alarm, Overload Indicator, Fireman switch, Imported Face plate for landings call button, Imported face plate for car call button, Imported 147 Beams Infra red Light Curtain for door Safety, Digital floor Position and Direction Indicators in car and Landings. 17. Electric Supply- Suitable for operating 415V 50Hz AC supply. 18. Safety related- Door Force Detector, Door Nudging Feature, Door Sensor Self Diagnosis, Fire Emergency return, High Accuracy Landing Feature, Slotless Bottom Sills, Inter communication system, Elevator Monitoring and Control System, Emergency Rescue device operated from Cabin (ERD), Multi Beam Door sensor, Overload Holding stop, Braille on all COP & LOP types, Landing operation Panel Call Button Bypass, Motor overheat protection, Phase failure & Phase Reversal Protection. 19. Leveling- Automatic levelling at all landings as per IS Announcement system. 20. Tests- At site test as per IS 4666/88 to be carried out before Handing over. 21. Door opening system- Infrared door opening system to the system to be provided for the entire length and shall sense & operate even for the instruction of a finger. 22. ARD- Automatic rescue device with an electronics controller and with necessary manitenance free batteries. The rescue operation shall act within 10 seconds of power failure. Scope of work : 1)Supply of lift materials, 2)Necessary required civil works, 3)scaffolding work inside the shaft, 4) Door frame, 5) supporting steel, 6) Obtaining scheme approval as well as energization certificate from the Electrical Inspectorate including preparation of necessary drawing of the same. Necessary fee shall be remitted to the Inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department including taking insurance for one year and lift license7) Supply of book let with complete details of maintenance schedule and control diagram 8) Giving training to department staff for attending trouble shooting 9) Free servicing for 36 month after handing over. 10) Temporary electric supply for installation of lift and testing commissioning. Guarantee:-Company shall carry out free maintenance during warranty period which shall include a) Cleaning Lift equipments, Cabin etc. b) Lubrication of all parts c) Replacing of libricationg oil when required d) Checking and adjusting contacts e) Replacing fusible item alarm etc f) Recharging/replacing batteries in case of such requirements g) Replacing/Rewinding motor if required h) Replacing/rewinding all defective parts of the Lift including VVVF unit if found necessary.
