O&M must have local R&D centre in India. AMR meter should be warranted for not less than 10 years from successful installation of the meter. (DN 15mm)
Supplying of Handheld device (compatible with AMR Water Flow Measurement device) shall have the onsite search facility to locate the exact physical location of water meter in particular area up to 500 meters and to obtain the corresponding details of it. Meter reading device should communicate seamlessly though Bluetooth to terminal and BT/RF to master unit (two-way communication). It shall be equipped with battery charge indicator and radio communication with Radian compatible mode along with radio signal reception from the meter. It shall also be alimented with rechargeable batteries performing 2000 radio readings per day with fully charge batteries and compatible with android 5.0 or higher operating system.
