Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick Design Mix cement concrete M-40 grade (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and making good the corrogated reinforcement by providing reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric for strenthening the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (anealled ) not less than 0.90mm dia where required and removing of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only rate" under respective items in this schedule.

M&L for preparation of rusted surafaces of steel reinforcement with metal wire brush for cleaning the surfaces free from loose rust and applying of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement, and removing rust as flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush / sand paper and thoroughly washed the surfaces with the help of water pressure jet and allowing the cleaned surfaces completely to dry completeiy, applyingtwo coats of zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturer's method of application to reinforcement bar corrosion protection system to old reinforcement of make Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall only be measured for payment).

Supply only welded steel wire fabric exc 3 Kg / Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only deformed or twtisted reinforcement bar of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 16 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Lokfix chemical manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose & fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch mixed with 6 mm down graded crushed stone aggregate on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed.. ( Note :- 25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate shall be mixed)

M&F for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size for Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin grouting chemical like Conbextra EP10 manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent product manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting the chemical by using an electrically operated pressure grouting machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout comes out from a nearby nipples and after grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. (Note :- 1. Work shall be executed as per manufacturer's instruction.2. The chemicals are available in two components - base and the hardener. The components of a pack shall be mixed at a time by mechanical means using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles. Part mixing of a pack is not accepted. 3. Cost of grouting chemical is is included in quoted rate. 4. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch including necessary form work with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work for palcing & holding of micro concrete as required at site complete all as specified and directed (Note :- 1. Cement based Micro-concrete shall be of pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality.to achive high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated. 2, Micro concrete shall be used when thickness of reapir work is within 50 mm to 200 mm. 3 . Form work shall be provided for palcing micro concrete patch reapir as required at site with steel jack sysytem and steel props to support the form work. 4 cost of Form work is included in the quoted rates)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on brick or concrete surfaces of walls the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of SBR latex emulsion is included in quoted rate)

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel plate plain or chequered (Fe-290, Gde E 165) channels, squre cut to notch (ordinary or counter sunk forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed

S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar workscomplete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of vegetation growth on the jetties / wharfs wall surfaces with required tools and plants and cleaning and removing the waste vegetation growth outside of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of total inside area (floor/ walls etc) of cable galley with required tools and plants and removing of vegetation growth on the gallery wall surfaces, cleaning of debris, any other waste/ garbage etc. including water accumulated inside the gallery complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be carried out as specified below:- (a) Opening of Mild steel/ RCC gallery covers of any description, size shape and placing safety cones etc., around the duct/ gallery opening on jetty/ wharf. (b) Entering inside the gallery through opening to a depth of appx 2.7M to 3.0M below the jetty/ wharf floor level, (c) Collection of silt/ mud/ debris and other foreign materials in the gallery to the nearest manhole of gallery for lifting the same to a height of 2.7M to 3.0M by suitable means to the jetty/ wharf surfaces for further disposal. (d) Re-positioning of MS/ RCC duct coveres. (d) Loading of garbage so collected from galleries into transport vehicle and disposing the garbage/ debris outside of ND (V) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including drilling floor , filling with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed including taking out old unserviceable one complete

Supply, fix, install testing and commissioning both ends flanged 100 mm bore CI Epoxy coated non- return valve class PN 1.0 conforming to IS-5312-1 (2004) with standard bolts hole, fixing with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

NOTE: (i) Works shall be executed in a confined area which requires double scaffolding. Contractor should follow OSHA's Working norm in this area. The work shall be executed at any height(upto 20 m height ) Contractor should use double scaffolding for all works and necessary safety gears shall be considered. Contractor's quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all above mentioned operations/ activities. No extra payment is allowed for these activity
