THE TOTAL SYSTEM WEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED 40 KG/SQ.M. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND A UDL OF 1900 KG/SQ.M AND A POINT LOAD OF 363 KG AS PER CISCA TESTING STANDARDS 2007.
PANEL: PANELS SHALL BE MADE OF STEEL WITH AN INFILL OF LIGHTWEIGHT, NON-COMBUSTIBLE HAVING FIRE RESISTANCE, THERMAL INSULATION, AND FLAME RESISTANCE PROPERTIES AT 60 MIN CEMENTITIOUS MATERIAL. THE BOTTOM OF THE PANEL SHALL BE EMBOSSED IN 49 HEMISPHERICAL SHAPE CONES AND 36 INVERTED CONES.THE TOP PLAIN SHEET IS FUSE WELDING AT THE BOTTOM PAN AT IN 117 LOCATIONS TO FORM A PANEL OF OVERALL THICKNESS OF 35MM WHICH INCLUDES A 1MM THICKNESS ANTI-STATIC HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE ( HPL ) FINISH AT THE TOP AND FINISHED ON ALL FOUR SIDES WITH EDGE PROTECTIVE PVC BEADING.THE 12.5MM FLANGE ON THE PERIMETER IS PROVIDED WITH FOLDED GUSSETS AT THE FOUR CORNERS.
THE ENTIRE PANEL SHALL BE COATED WITH EPOXY POWDER COATING OF 40-60 MICRONS ON THE EXPOSED SURFACE TO ENSURE CORROSION RESISTANCE.
PEDESTAL: PEDESTAL BASE SHALL BE SQUARE OF 100MM X 100MM X 2MM BEARING AREA AND ASSEMBLE TO A TUBE OF 22MM DIA WITH 2MM WALL THICKNESS. THE PEDESTAL HEAD SHOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 3MM THICK. THE PEDESTALS SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACCEPT AN AXIAL LOAD OF 22,500N . THE BASE PEDESTAL WILL HAVE A POLYCARBONATE BUSH TO ENGAGE WITH THE THREADED POSITION OF PEDESTAL HEAD .THE STUD SHALL FIT SNUGLY IN THE BUSH TO AVOID LATERIAL MOVEMENT OF THE PEDESTAL HEAD AND AVOID RATTLING NOISE.THE PEDESTAL COMPONENT SHALL BE ZINC ELECTRO PLATED. HEIGHT OF PEDESTAL SHALL BE APPROXIMATE 700 MM FOR FLOOR.
STRINGER: THE STRINGER SHALL BE OF 565MM LENGTH X 20MM WIDE X 32MM HEIGHT. STRINGERS SHALL BE INDIVIDUAL AND RIGIDLY FASTENED TO THE PEDESTALS WITH FASTENERS.
