Spreading of gravel or sand including watering and rolling with hand roller irrespective of thickness in layer.

Supply of Sarakulu (Thundlu) make of chinta wood(Tamarindan wood) of size 2’ 0” x 0’ 9” x 0’ 9” for use during festival of car dragging including labour charges for making the required shape cost and conveyance of all materials etc,. Complete as directed during execution.

Supply of Synthetic clear varnish 1 st quality of approved brand and make including cost and conveyance of all incidental charges etc., complete.

Labour charges for removing and re-fixing of Maharatham covering structure which consists of Aluminium sheet covering and steel framed structure for annual Brahmotsavams and also as and when required. The entire removed materials should be stocked carefully at appropriate place as directed by the department with out any extra cost towards lead and head loads. After completion of the festival the entire framed structure and Aluminium Sheet covering should be re-assembled as directed during execution.
