Excavation in foundation and trenches up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, situated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock, chiseling /wedging of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed with in all leads/ lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. Complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement 3 sand 6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c cantering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge in: -

Vertical surfaces such as wall(any thickness) parti tions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like -

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. Upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1/2sand:3graded stone agregate of 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcemenr for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Walls any thikness but not less that 0.10 Mtrs thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation (level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, beams and girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels including all leads and lifts etc. Complete in all respect.

Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level i.c cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Prov. and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600 x 600 mm made up of 3.15 mm thick plain MS sheet fixed in angle iron frame frame of 50x50x5mm supported with MS flat of 50x5mm at center of sheet including fising hold fast ,hinges and locking arrangement and lock of medium size etc complete in all respects.

Wire crate made filled with boulder with square cut face against the wire. (boulder filling to be measured and paid seperately ) with GI wire corresponding to SWG-6 of 15x15 mm mesh complete in all leads and lifts.
