Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,including all heads and lifts. (all kinds of soil)

Supply and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical/manual means over surface areas, trenches ,plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all lead lifts. (land of earth supply to be arranged by contractor at his own cost.)

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade including cost of centering and shuttering .All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with machine perforated bricks of class designation 125 conforming to IS 2222- 1991 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) With F.P.S. bricks.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand )

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up tp plinth level : Cold Twisted bars

Structural steel work (MS angle 45X45X5) riveted bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing of GI barbed wire , including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position as per the direction of engineer in charge.

One primery coat and Two coats of approved colour cement paint on new work includind supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cutting of small tress/shrubs/vegetations and removal of the same from root level in places where foundation of boundary wall is to be built.
