supply erection and commissioning of 20m and 12.5 high mast lighting system in the switchyard Moolamattom

Part A- Supply.

Supply of 20M high mast shaft in two section (confirming to the attached data sheet for 20 M high mast) having sufficient wind withstanding capability as per IS 875 Part-III along with head frame, luminaries carriage suitable for fixing up to of 16 Nos. luminaries in symmetrical/ asymmetrical arrangement and all other required complete accessories for the completion of work.

Supply of raising and lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial etc.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of 12.5M high mast shaft in two section(confirming to the attached data sheet for 12.5 M high mast ) having sufficient wind withstanding capability as per IS 875 Part-III along with head frame, luminaries carriage suitable for fixing minimum of 6 Nos. luminaries in symmetrical / asymmetrical arrangement and all other required complete accessories for the completion of work.

Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm/5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of good quality outdoor rated LED flood light luminaries of reputed make (Philips, Bajaj, GE, Crompton, Osram etc) of the following ratings -350W LED floodlight luminaries, with mounting arrangements on the high mast carriage

Supply of good quality outdoor rated LED flood light luminaries of reputed make (Philips, Bajaj, GE, Crompton, Osram etc) of the following ratings 240W/250W LED floodlight luminaries, with mounting arrangements on the high mast carriage.

Supply of 3.5 x 70 sq.mm size Aluminium PVC insulated armored PVC sheathed LT UG cable of reputed make ( Poly cab, Havells, KEC international or equivalent )and Laying of cable through cable trays provided in the Switchyard control room building, through cable trenches in the Yard, direct in ground including supply and laying of 63/50 mm DWC HDPE pipe for protection of the cable in the rubble packing in the yard, through B class 2.5 inch dia.GI pipes- or as per requirement- wherever necessary at road crossings (PCC) and where trenches not available in the yard including excavation of hard soil, cutting at road crossings, as per the site condition etc and making ready the road as earlier , as required, termination ,commissioning of the cable etc. all inclusive.

Supply of 4 x 25 sq.mm size Aluminium PVC insulated armored PVC sheathed LT UG cable of reputed make ( Poly cab, Havells, KEC international or equivalent ) with ISI and Laying of cable through cable trays provided in the Switchyard control room building, through cable trenches in the Yard, direct in ground including supply and laying of 63/50 mm DWC HDPE pipe for protection of the cable in the rubble packing in the yard, through B class 2.5 inch dia.GI pipes- or as per requirement- wherever necessary at road crossings (PCC) and where trenches not available in the yard including excavation of hard soil, cutting at road crossings as per the site condition etc and making ready the road as earlier , as required, termination ,commissioning of the cable etc. all inclusive.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer,2 nos single dial time switch ,25 A TP contactors for the automatic switching of luminaries in two options as partial control,power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button ,Incoming 25 sq.mm and outgoing 16&2.5 sq.mm terminals.

Supply & installation of outdoor mounted free standing AC Distribution Board made up of 12 SWG CRCA sheet having minimum size of 1000x450 x 1400 mm( LBH) with 100 A TPN MCCB as incomer and Outgoings 1 No 63 A TPN MCCB, 5 Nos 32 A MCCBs, 10 Nos 16A TPN MCBs. The panel should comply IP 45 degree of protection, powder coated and gland plates- having the same thickness of the panel-for the termination of the cables to the panel component switchgears.

Description of Work / Item(s)

Part B- Labour.

Construction of shallow foundation in hard soil/rock for 20M High Mast with M20 grade concrete, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour including excavation, back filling & proper curing etc. all inclusive. Controlled blasting of rock at some locations and anchoring with dowel bars is to be considered at such locations, if required as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Erection of the 20M high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with supply of all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour including commissioning of the system.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete, inclusive of all cost for the excavation & refilling in all kinds of soil
