RequiredThe bidder shall submit Income Tax Return (ITR) acknowledgement copies for the last three financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) along with the tender documents.

RequiredThe bidder should possess PAN and GST Registration Certificate. Copies of these documents must be uploaded along with the tender.

RequiredCertificate issued by a registered Chartered Accountant as a proof of having requisite turnover as per eligibility criteria.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit a self-declaration regarding blacklisting and vigilance litigation history.

RequiredOnly the relevant documents related to the vehicles/machinery mentioned in the tender should be uploaded by the bidder. If the required documents are not submitted, the tender will not be accepted.

RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing vehicles and machinery (for removal of garbage and C&D waste) for transportation of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) on a hire basis, with a value of approximately 50% of the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) i.e. Rs.11.10 Lakhs, in any State Government / Central Government / Semi- Government / PSU Departments / ULBs,
