Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 'Silent' type Diesel Generating Set as per CPCB-II norms alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 82.5 kVA, 415 volts @1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volt suitable for 50Hz, 3 Phase System and consisting of the following as per and as per specifications and conditions:

Diesel Engine:

4 cylinders, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled turbo charged, developing 110BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output of 82.5KVA/66KW at 0.8 power factor, 415Volts at the alternator terminal.

(Makes:- Cummins Liquid cooled Diesel engine 103 BHP model No. 4BTAA3.9-G4/equivalent models from Kirloskar/Ashok Layland

Alternator:

Stamford make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 82.5KVA at 1500 RPM, 415Volts , 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722. The alternator is brushless type, screen protected , revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:

± 1.0% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions

IP: 23 protection with insulation class H

Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

Makes:-Cummins or equivalent models from Caterpillar/Volvo).

Base Frame & Canopy

Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangemnt as per recommendations of the manufacturer. The foundation shall be 400mm below the ground level and 150mm above the ground level. The canopy should be esthatically designed, weather and sound resistance and having insulation confirming to UL94-HF1 class for flammability and having noise level <75dB.

Exhaust System:

Dry exhaust mainfold with Residential Silencer as per manufacturer specification.

AMF Panel

Make: Cummins (integratable with genset model C82.2D5P) or equivalent make./ Ashok Layland/ Kirloskar

Providing/filling Diesel in the existing Diesel Set of Generator as required complete in all respect.

Platform For DG set

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters complete in pick and jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and cutting complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, structting and propping etc. with wodden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for institu-reinforced concrete & plain contcrete work in. foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth etc.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

SUB-HEAD-II :- EARTHING & LOOP EARTHING

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.

SUB-HEAD-III :- WIRING & CABLE LAYING

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit, panel mounting, front handle operation, including drilling holes in the cubical, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form:-

Supplying and fixing copper strip bus-bars suitable for 200 Amp. 415 volts capacity 4 No. each of cross-sectional area (25.4mmx4.75mm), in the existing enclosure with all accessories including connections etc. as required:-

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB in the existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in the cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-Makes:- KEI,SCI,Havell,Anchor
