Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 20 -25 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP-65 protection and other connected accessories including electronic driver, service bracket of mild steel pipe 32 mm bore medium grade of length 0.9 mtr with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and washers and suitable reducer for connecting fitting to MS pipe as required at site and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on mild steel work and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repair of VTPN MCCB distribution board 4 way, fabricated out of thick high quality CRCA sheet. with 200 Amp rated bus bars, flush /surface mounting duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection including making smooth the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The Distribution Board shall have following specification. (I) Distribution Board shall be totally enclosed, suitable for 240V/415V, having polyurethane(PU) foam gasket to ensure IP-54 degree of protection for indoor application as per IEC 61439-3:2012(Cl.10.3)/IEC 60529. (ii) Distribution Board shall be robust with tested for Impact resistance IK09 as per IEC 61439-3:2012(Cl.No.10.2.6) and shall be provided with pre fitted cement Guard. (iii) DB Door shall have detachable gland plates provided with proper knockout holes of 26mm/35mm diameter for insertion of cable/conduits. (iv) Distribution Boards shall be provided with wire set of copper along with the insulated fork type bus bars. (v) DB shall have reversible hinged doors and possibility to allow door opening from Left to Right or Right to Left for convenience on site. (vi) Contractor shall provide test reports of DB as per IEC 61439-3 from ERDA or NABL laboratory before incorporating in work.

Material and labour for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm sweep ceiling fan, cutting the existing worn winding and rewinding the fan with superior quality copper wire and filling the varnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves and paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing serviceable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush, condenser and shackle housing , gun metal bushes, ball bearings, twin twisted copper cable, down rod assembly & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing, oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed complete all as directed & approved for 1200mm sweep. Notes for item NO (i) to (vii) :- (i). The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid wide relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing and taking out serviceable parts shall be deemed to be included of quoted unit rates. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No on fans (v).
