Structural Designs & Development Details, fabrication drawings of Penstock (surface, In-liner & cladding) & its Specials like Expansion Joints, Manholes, Ring Girder Supports etc. as per Technical Specifications of the Contract complete in all respect for restoration work of ruptured Penstock of UHL Stage-III HEP (100MW) including the following hydraulic studies:-
Transient Analysis as per technical specifications of the contract or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
CFD Studies as per technical specifications of the contract or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, fabrication and transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commission (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of Surface (Horizontal/Inclined) Penstock including bend and stiffeners between Shell No-201 to Shell No. 247(A) (Reducer) & Shell No-343 to Shell No. 35 including handling, plate marking, edge preparation, rolling, welding, machining and providing nuts, bolts,studs, washer, rubber gaskets, asbestos packing, stainless steel plates, M.S. Flat & Teflon sheet at Ring Girder Supports etc. including necessary embedment complete in all respect as per design , drawing and technical specification, for Surface Penstock

Supply, Fabrication, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of Penstock-In-Liner (ASTM-A-517-Gr-F)including bend, reducer, stiffeners, filling annular space with non shrinkage cement grout, between Shell No-247(B) to Shell No. 342(B) (Reducer) conforming to specifications including handling, plate marking, backing strips, edge preparation, rolling, welding, machining and providing roller supports etc. including necessary embedment complete in all respect as per design , drawing and technical specification for Steel In-Liner ( In Tunnel Between Portal-4 To Portal-5).
Supply,Fabrication, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) including bend and stiffeners in Penstock Cladding (WELTEN-610-EX) for individual Penstock Branches (2.4m/2 m) beyond WYE-1, between including handling, plate marking, edge preparation, rolling, welding, machining, including necessary embedment complete in all respect as per design , drawing and technical specification for Cladding Of Penstock Branches(2.4m/2m)
Radiographic testing for welded joint as per specification and as directed complete
Ultrasonic testing for all shop/field welded joints as per specification and as directed complete
Magnetic Particle Testing for field joints as per specification and as directed complete.

Surface preparation by sand blasting and painting of interior surfaces of all items covered under Item No.A, B & C above. The painting shall include two coats of zinc rich primer followed by three coats of coal tar epoxy paint (Two in shop and one in field).
Surface preparation by sand blasting and painting of exterior exposed (portion other than embedded in concrete) surfaces of all items covered under Item No.A& C above. The painting shall include one coats of red oxide primer followed by two coats of aluminium paint (One in shop and one in field).
Surface preparation of exterior ( where annular space is to be filed with non shrinkage cement grout ) surfaces of all items covered under Item No.B above. The painting shall include one coats of cement wash with 5% Potassium Dichromate.
Hydro Test of each penstock ferrules, bends and reducer after fabrication as per approved details. Supply, fabrication, transportation, handling, fixing, dismantling, sealing etc. of test jig, flanges, bulkhead, pipes, valves and other necessary arrangement required for satisfactory performance of the test as per design, drawing and specification shall be also be included.
Dismantling of already erected Sailma Steel in between Shell No. 201 to 247 and Shell No. 343 to Shell No. 353, stacking of dismantled material at designated Site as per the direction of EIC. The cost should include cutting, loading, transportation, handling and stacking etc.( including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) within 8 Km from Penstock Site.
Demolition below & above G.L. upto 1.5 m depth including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 m lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating from R.C.C. / R.B. work.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Independent piers columns and pillars upto floor two level
Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor Steel .
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto a height of 7 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string cources and the like.
Providing and installing welded wiremesh 100x100 mm and 4 mm dia,including overlaps all necessary accessories for fixing such as steel pin,mesh anchors extra plates and nuts for fastening to rock bolts as per specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Production ,supply and application of shotcrete 100 mm thick heaving compressive strenth of 250 kg/sqm after 28 days (550-75) i.e 475 kg cement/cum and 10 mm maximum size graded crushed stone agg. i.e preparing and cleaning of surfaces placing plug gauge for control of layer thickness and removal of rebound ,temporary protection except cost of admixtures and other materials as per specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.
