Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil .

Excavation over areas, exc 1.5 m & n exc 3.00 deep and getting out in soft / loose soil .

Removing excavated Materials exceeding 5.00 km & n. exc 15.00 Km and depositing where directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n,exe,0.50 cum getting out , returning , filling & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm.watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n,exe , 50 mtr in hard / dense soil complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B -2 using 40 mm graded aggregateas in post hole all as specified and directed.

Providing Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate ) in precast post , fencing post, straining or terminal post , struts etc for fencing average sectional area n exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamferd angles and flat , splayed and rounded or mitred tops all as specified and directed. columns, pillars , piers, post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc.

Ditto as Item No 9 above but 6mm to 8 mm dia

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparing surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Bands, Straps, Supports or Stays for Rainwater, Ventilating Pipes, including Bolts, if required, Hooks [Stay], heavy, for Large Gates, Hook and Pintle Hinges, large Hasps and Staples, Chains, hand made Sliding Bolts, Clamps, Hold Fasts, Wall Ties, Hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles up to 11th Floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n. exc 10cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of redoxide primer.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire

M&L for mild steel rounds bars 10mm dia .

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type weight should not less than 2.5kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length not exc 5cm long.

Surface Excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard/ Dense Soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 50M but not exceeding 250 M and depositing where directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M and L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminious filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound gradde "B"

Providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggreage) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces.
