Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan, buzzer, socket or power point etc) complete including all fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including drawn with PVC casing/capping with all accessories and PVC switch Box (IS-14772) of suitable size complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

One light/ fan point controlled by one one way switch, 5Amps.

One 5 Amps 3/5 pin socket outlet on independent board .

Point wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including drawn with PVC casing/caping with all accessories and PVC switch Box (IS-14772) of suitable size complete all as specified and directed for the 15 amps switch socket combination outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistrand unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, confirm to IS with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories including one run of 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Switch piano flush type 5/6 Amps single pole one way 230 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Switch socket combination Outlet 2 in 1 3/5pin 5 Amp flush type 230 V, complete all as specified and as directed.

Switch socket combination outlet universal type 6 pin 5/15 amps multi pin, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ceiling rose surface Bakelite 65x50 mm having 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down sub main wiring of any size complete and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors/ ceiling etc complete as specified.

Sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistrand unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, confirm to IS with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all fittings and accessories including one run of 6 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor complete all as specified.

Wooden Box made out of 12.5mm thick 2nd class hard wood plank, suitable for SPN 4 way to 12 way DB including fixing with suitable hold fast and dash through bolt including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including two 100mm s.s. hinges med grade , one handle in each panel and one hasp staple for locking, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wooden Box made out of 12.5mm thick 2nd class hard wood plank of size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, suitable for TPN DB including fixing with suitable hold fast and dash through bolt including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including two 100mm s.s. hinges med grade , one 100mm aluminium handle in each panel and one aluminium hasp staple for locking arrangements, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB Single pole and neutral 4 way double door IP-43,230V having earthing terminal, concealed in wall including making electrical incoming and outgoing connection with lugs/thimbles ,fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB Single pole and neutral 8 way double door IP-43,230V having earthing terminal, concealed in wall including making electrical incoming and outgoing connection with lugs/thimbles, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :The back fill shall be neatly rounded /levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6 (a) of SSR 2009.

Removing of excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Precast concrete cable cover unreinforced ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

GI tubing light grade 40 mm for cable protection,laid under plinths/floors/roads/culverts or fixed on walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.
