Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 1142.66 Cum quantity ( five thousand two hundred twenty five and paise seventy eight ) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre Rs. 342798/only shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted in layer of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) thickness to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301 & 1603 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Excavation in soil in hilly/valley area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all leads & lift ,as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1 within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiselling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clouse 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and up to any lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milli metre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 305.3.9 earth filling and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of parapets with cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work as per HP.PWD specification including hauling of material as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls clause 1206.3, and 1604.7 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 709 & 1206.6 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four millimetre ) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mmx 100mm(One hundred millimetre into One hundred millimetre ) mesh (woven diagonally ) including 10(Ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg.(Twenty five kilogram ) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification clause 303. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 407 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base 100mm (one hundred millimetre) compacted thickness by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.70- 1.00 Kg. (Zero point seventy to one kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat @ 0.270 Kg (Zero decimal two seventy kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology emulsion @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per technical specification clause-503, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetres) compacted thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 (One hundred -One hundred twenty) tonne per hour hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates 19mm (Nineteen millimetres) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-Ten) with nano technology at the rate of 3.3% (Three decimal three percent) of mix weight with nano technology binder at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen as per table 500.3 and 500.4 transported to site, laid over a previousioly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MORD technical specificaton clause 504 to achieve the desire compaction including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5(five point five) per cent of mix and filler with Nano technology Nano technology binder @ 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material within all leads and as per Technical Specification Clause 202 The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only , plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm(Twenty five millimetre) mixed in concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 ( one hundred twenty five ) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimetres) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP3 for culverts fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concretebedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open, foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 800, 900,and 1400 using Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 Kgs(Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimetres into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetres into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. ( Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimetre into seventy five millimetres) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (M fifteen) nominal mix 1:2½ : 5 (One cement: Two and half sand: Five graded or crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty milimetres) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimetres into four hundred fifty millimetres into six hundred millimetres), 600mm ( six hundred millimetres) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm (Forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetres) of 12 SWG (Twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. providing and fixing of typical PMGSY 2.00 Km board with logo with mild steel plates of 1.60mm ( One point dsix Zero Millimetre ) duly welded with mild steel flat iron 25 X5X mm ( Twenty five in to five millimetre) size on back on edges plate will be welded with one No 75X75 mm( Seventy five X seventy five milimetere) of SWG ( twelve standard wire guage) sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement concrete M-15(M fifteen) grade block of 600x 600x600mm (six hundred x six hundred x six hundred millimetre) below ground level. All mild steel will be stove enemeled on sode, both side painting, borders, back ground and road marking with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint og supperior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed of posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and techanical specification of Ministry of Rural Devlopment for rural roads 2014 clause1701 and 1700.1 including haulage / carriage of all labour equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transporations within all leads, lifts and other incidental.

It shall be fixed with 30 x 30 x 30cm (thirty into thirty into thirty centimetre) block with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per specifications complete as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Part-II: Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document and MInistry of Rural Development specifications of rural roads including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
