Material & Labour for Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size of HT OH line by taking necessary shut down, dismantling OH line conductor and shifting to MES store yard keeping in safe custody to issue under Schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-64 (12.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, MS Channel, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, MS Channel, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Pin type insulator and supply and fixing new Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Disc type insulator and supply and fixing new Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type (white, brown or green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps including cross arm strap, ball eye, socket eye & cotter pins suitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 11 KV (90 KN) grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for Stay assembly diameter of stay rod in 20 mm incl stay insulator or egg insulator complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 and Incl dismantling existing stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from HT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head HT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down unsv Danger notice plate of any size and M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size.

M & L for Expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 V of cap aboe 25 Amp upto 50 amp complete all as directed.

M & L for Expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 V of cap above 50 Amp upto 100 Amp complete all as directed.

Taking down existing old unserviceable Switch air break and supply and fixing of new Air break gang operated switch triple pole mechanically operated out door with all fitting/ accessories mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulator and steel channel frame GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically or horizontal operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete suitable for current rating 400 Amps 11 KV working pressure with 15 Insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing old unserviceable lightening arrester and supply and fixing of new lightening arrester of expulsion type 65 KA complete with all fitting 11000 volts grade non linear resistor type with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable mat of any type and size including M & L for synthetic Insulating Mat of size 2m x lm x 2.5 mm. complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches for soft/loose soil for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 14.00 here- in- before but exceeding 1.5 m depth and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth complete all as directed..

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Copping of Electric Poles, etc., weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, finishing all Exposed Faces of Concrete including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation & filling etc. mass concrete for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement galvanized steel tubing of size 80 mm bore "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying crushed stone aggregate of size 20mm to 40 mm grade around the 2 pole, 4 pole transformer & LT Panels etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity 250 KVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.

M&L for Dehydration and filteration of existing transformer oil at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 40 kV minimum without distrubing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica jel and topping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up oil of transformer up to disired level complete all as directed.

Taking proper shut down, disconnecting of distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 250kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil/ copper winding shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

M&L for rewinding of HT / LT Coil (Primary and secondary winding) of 250 KVA Transformer using existing size, double paper covering with super enamel copper winding wires with proper gauge, conforming to IS : 2026 (Part-I) : 2011 (as per existing size, turns and insulation class including providing all insulation materials, gasket etc., ) suitable for 250 KVA tranformer and testing complete all as specified and directed including taking down/out unserviceable burnt copper winding for taking into credit.

S&F in repair tap changer assembly complete for transformer rating 250 KVA , including connecting up with HT coil and testing for varying voltage complete all as directed.

S&F in repair cast iron wheel of transformer of suitable size including nuts bolts, split pins welding works as required at site complete all as directed.

S&F in repair breather assembly complete with silica gel suitable for any model of transformer rating 250 KVA to air column of conservator tank complete all as directed.
